Return & Refund Policy - PinTonik

At PinTonik, we want you to be delighted with your new hand-crafted legends. If a character doesn’t quite fit into its new home, we are here to help you through the return process.
1. What You Can Return
We accept returns under the following conditions:

Wall Art & Home Decor: Must be returned within 30 days of receipt in original, undamaged condition.

Jewelry (Studs & Dangles): Due to hygiene and safety standards, earrings can only be returned if they are completely unworn and in their original, unopened packaging.

General Items: Must include proof of purchase and original packaging.
2. Items That Cannot Be Returned
To ensure the quality and safety of our products for all customers, the following are final sale:

Earrings that have been worn or removed from their hygienic packaging.

Custom-made or personalized characters/commissions.
-
Gift cards.
-
Items on clearance or marked as "Final Sale."
3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives wounded or you received the wrong one, we will fix it immediately. Please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at hello@pintonik.com with:

Your order number.
-
Photos of the damaged item and the packaging.

We will provide a free replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
4. How to Start a Return
To start a return, please email us at hello@pintonik.com.

Return Shipping Costs: If the return is due to our error (wrong item or defect), we cover the shipping. For "change of mind" returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds: Processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Partial refunds: May be granted for items not in their original condition or damaged for reasons not due to our error.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange an item for a different style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
7. Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placement, provided it has not yet been dispatched. Once the "road trip" has started and the item is shipped, we can no longer cancel the order.
