"Handmade" usually implies fragile. At PinTonik, it means the opposite. We didn't want to create art that needs to be kept in a box, we wanted to create art that survives the journey.
Material Intelligence & The Double-Seal
We don’t believe in "one size fits all". Every Pintonik piece is engineered based on how it will be worn and used.
- Jewelry (The Balsa Core): For our pins and earrings, we work with Balsa wood. Its extreme flexibility and feather-light weight make it the perfect canvas for wearable art that won’t pull on your clothes.
- The Double-Seal Logic: Specifically for our jewelry, we use premium Italian resins to "glass" both the front and the back. By sealing both sides, we lock the wood’s core and prevent it from warping, ensuring it stays perfectly flat for years.
- Life-Proof Finish: The resin on our jewelry is UV-resistant and high-gloss - safe for a rainy day or a relaxing bath. However, Pintonik jewelry prefers to stay out of the pool - chlorine and long-term submersion are the only things that can gatecrash this party.

- Original Illustrations: Every design begins as a raw thought in our Sketchbook. Whether it’s a tiny pin or a large wall piece, the "DNA" is 100% original Pintonik illustration.
- Premium Postcards: These are high-quality, heavy-weight prints of our original illustrations, designed for those who believe a handwritten note is a gift in itself.
- Wall Art (The Scent of the Alps): Our largest scale art is crafted from locally sourced Zirben wood (Swiss Pine), known as the "Gold of the Alps."
- Natural & Breathable: Unlike our jewelry, our Wall Art is hand-shaped and hand-painted with acrylics, then left natural and unsealed. This allows the wood to breathe, releasing the iconic, relaxing aroma of Swiss Pine into your home - the most precious characteristic of this ancient wood.

- Precision Craftsmanship: Every piece is hand-painted in our studio, where we can focus on the fine details of our illustrations and the unique textures of the wood.
