Buying a physical product (e.g., a pair of earrings or wall art) does not transfer any copyright or reproduction rights to the buyer.

3. Product Accuracy & Hand-Crafted Nature

At PinTonik, our products are hand-made and crafted from natural materials (wood).

Variations: Because every piece is hand-made, slight variations in color, texture, and wood grain are expected and celebrated as part of the "soul" of the product.
Display: We make every effort to display colors accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be 100% accurate.

4. Pricing & Payments

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue a product (or any part of the collection) at any time.
Payments are processed securely via our third-party providers (Shopify Payments, PayPal, etc.). You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.
PinTonik is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
For international orders, the customer is responsible for any import duties or local taxes.

7. Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions
