Shipping policy

At PinTonik, we send our hand-crafted legends from our studio in the heart of the Austrian Alps to homes all over the world. Because each piece is hand-finished, we take great care in getting your order ready for its journey.

1. Processing Times

  • Standard Orders: Most items are hand-made and finished to order. Please allow 2–3 business days for us to prepare your order before it is dispatched.

  • Custom/Commissioned Pieces: Processing times for custom work will be discussed individually but typically take 7–14 business days.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

  • Austria: 1–4 business days.

  • European Union: 2–4 business days.

  • Outside the European Union?

    Currently, we ship directly to all EU countries. If you are located in the United States, United Kingdom, or anywhere else in the world and have fallen in love with PinTonik, please contact us at hello@pintonik.com. We are happy to provide a custom shipping quote and help you place an order manually while we work on expanding our global reach.

Note: These are estimates provided by our carriers. Delivery times may vary during peak holiday seasons or due to customs delays.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been packed and handed over to the courier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your order on their road trip to you.

4. International Shipping & Customs

For orders placed outside of the European Union, please note:

  • Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.

  • PinTonik is not responsible for these additional charges; they must be borne by the customer.

  • Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for more information.

5. Wrong Address / Undeliverable Packages

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout!

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we can reship it, but the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs.

  • If you notice an error in your address, please email us at hello@pintonik.com within 12 hours of placing your order.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

PinTonik is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been marked as "Delivered" by the courier. We recommend shipping to a secure location where someone is available to receive the package.

7. Premium & Protective Packaging

We want your order to arrive in perfect condition.

  • Jewelry Protection: All earrings are packed in durable metal tin boxes to ensure they are shielded from pressure and damage during transit. These tins are designed to be kept and reused for your jewelry storage.

  • Secure Shipping: Orders are shipped in padded bubble envelopes for maximum protection while keeping the package lightweight and efficient.
